Heal in Travel is a consultancy only, they work as an agency to put together suitable packages for people in the UK to travel abroad for various treatments and surgeries.

Heal in Travel do not accept any liability for the actual surgery that takes place.

Any issues with the surgery should be taken up with the clinic and the surgery.

Heal in Travel will act as the Representative of various treatments and surgeries in Turkey. It is acknowledged by you that Heal in Travel does not provide various treatments and surgeries and it is expressly agreed that no liability whatsoever will attach to it arising out of the performance or non-performance of these Trading Terms or the Treatment Plan or any modifications to it.

Heal in Travel may assist you with the booking of hotels, apartments, transfers, sightseeing but you will be solely responsible for settling all and any costs arising directly with the service provider/operator. Under no circumstances whatsoever will Heal in Travel be liable for any losses howsoever arising from the performance or non-performance of any service provider/operator (flight delays, luggage loss. etc.) We strongly recommend buying Travel Insurance for every single person travelling for various treatments and surgeries in Turkey.

Heal in Travel can help with hotel, apartments, sightseeing arrangements but all customers are responsible for any cancellation. All fees or charges imposed by other travel suppliers, such as airline or hotel, will be paid by the customer.

Please note that for some hotels or apartments once your reservation is confirmed, your reservation may be wholly non-refundable.

In addition to any liability expressly or by implication excluded under these Trading Terms, Heal in Travel shall not be liable for consequential losses and its liability shall not, in any case, exceed a total amount equivalent to the consultancy fees paid

While we have tried to provide accurate and timely information, there may be technical or factual inaccuracies and typographical errors, for which we apologise and we accept no liability for any inaccuracies or omissions on our website to the extent permitted by law. We reserve the right to make changes and corrections at any time, without notice.


Should you have any complaints with the various treatments and surgeries, you must immediately contact the clinic representative. All complaints regarding any treatment will be required to be dealt with directly with the clinic involved, Health in Travel accept no liability for complaints regarding the surgeries.

It is helpful however that all concerns you have about the service are raised with Heal in Travel as soon as possible to resolve this at an early opportunity and that all complaints are taken seriously.
